Hiper-realism or realism is a style of painting in which the artist should follow a series of pictorial rules, so that the final results become a painting with quality. The perspective, the shadow/light contrasts and the mixing the colours in the palette, are some important aspects to take into account when you are painting realistically. It fascinates me to be able to capture on canvas the texture of materials. In the case of reflections the challenge lies in connecting harmoniously the reflection with the object in question.
