The atelier Ponto de Arte, which is situated in the centre of Ponta Delgada, is a space dedicated to the arts and commercialisation of painting materials.

Opened in 2005 the studio is devoted to the teaching of oil painting, acrylic and mixed techniques (abstract).

The courses are given throughout the year: classes are divided by class’s schedules during the day and post.

The studio has participated in several cultural activities and has partnerships with municipal entities and private ones.

The studio organises workshops outside of its physical space but also within such as workshops for children aged 5 to 15 years during the holidays teaching.

Its students are from 8 up to 80 years old.
